NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain Mortgage given by Chester T. Gorski and Gabriel C. Gorski to Adams Co-operative Bank dated October 7, 2003 and recorded with the Berkshire Middle County Registry of Deeds at Book 2739, Page 308, as assigned to Van Ness Ventures, Inc. recorded January 30, 2024 at Book 7565, Page 310, of which mortgage is the present holder, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing, the same will be sold at Public Auction at 10:00 A.M. on June 25, 2026 at 103 Cheshire Rd. Pittsfield, MA 01201 all and singular the premises described in said mortgage: TO WIT: A certain tract of land with the buildings thereon, situated in Pittsfield, Berkshire County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the westerly line of the Massachusetts State Highway sometimes called Berkshire Road, now known as Cheshire Road, said point being the southeast corner of land conveyed by Harry G. West to Carl A. Maxx et al, by deed dated September 1, 1924, and recorded in Berkshire Middle District Registry of Deeds in Book 419, Page 367; Running thence southerly in the westerly line of Berkshire Road, now known as Cheshire Road, one hundred thirty-two (132) feet; Thence westerly at right angles to the westerly line of Berkshire Road, now known as Cheshire Road, one hundred and sixty-five (165) feet to a point; Thence northerly on a line parallel to the westerly line of Berkshire Road, now known as Cheshire Road, one hundred and thirty-two (132) feet to the southwest corner of land conveyed as aforesaid by the said Harry W. West to said Maxx; Thence easterly in the southerly line of said land of said Maxx one hundred sixty-five (165) feet to the place of beginning. TERMS OF SALE: A deposit of TEN-THOUSAND ($10,000.00) DOLLARS by certified or bank check will be required to be paid by the purchaser at the time and place of sale.
