City of Pittsfield Pittsfield Community Development Board Notice of Special Permit Public Hearing The Pittsfield Community Development Board will hold a public hearing on the application of Barbara and Danielle Orville for a Special Permit under Article 23-4 Section 4.307 (Corner Lot Variation), of the Pittsfield Zoning Ordinance for property located at 345 Hancock Road. The subject parcel can be further identified as Assessor's Parcel Map F15, Block 3, Lot 11, and Deed Book 7438, Page 128. The applicant seeks relief under Section 4.307 to modify the setback requirements on the property in order to treat the frontage on Sheffield Street as a side setback. The applicant hopes to construct an addition with a deck in the area that would currently be located in the Sheffield Street front setback.
