The Commission will consider, subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (310 CMR 10.00) and MGL Chapter 141, 40, the following applications: 7:00 PM A Notice of Intent for Williamstown Rural Lands for property at 671 Cold Spring Road. The applicant proposes the creation of a new driveway in Riverfront Area of Hemlock Brook and an associated parking lot in buffer zone.
