HINSDALE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Hinsdale Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 @ 6:00 pm in the downstairs community room in the Hinsdale Town Hall, at 39 South Street, Hinsdale, Ma. 01235. The meeting is to act on an application filed by Jeff and Andrea Lynch, 39 Eagle Road, Hinsdale, MA 01235 (Map 112, Lot 238). The application is to request a special permit under Section 6-General Regulations 6-a "non-conforming structures, uses & lots." Applicant proposes to remove existing structure and rebuild on a different footprint. The new location is on flat area of the lot and further away from property line.
