PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF ADAMS ADAMS CONSERVATION COMMISSION The Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing pursuant to M.G.L., c.131, 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. in the Mahogany Room, 1st Floor, Town Hall, 8 Park Street to act on the following: REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION: Filed by Mountain Stream LLC requesting determination of whether activities depicted in the referenced plans are subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (WPA). The proposed project involves removal of an existing driveway spur with riverfront area restoration and the installation of a replacement driveway spur outside of WPA jurisdiction located at 0 Upper East Hoosac Street, Lot 2.
