TOWN OF RICHMOND PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ZONING BYLAW The Planning Board, pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 of Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws, will hold a Public Hearing on March 10, 2025 at 6:30 pm at Town Hall, 1751 State Road, to take comments on proposed Zoning By-Law amendments. The amendments address the by-right creation of accessory dwelling units (ADUs) as allowed by state law and include Section 2, Definitions; Section 4, Use Regulations; and Section 15 (new), Accessory Dwelling Units.
