PUBLIC HEARING ADAMS PLANNING BOARD In accordance with the Adams Zoning Bylaws and requirements of MGL c. 40A, the following public hearing will be conducted at the Town Hall, Mahogany Room, 1st floor, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA on Monday, December 18, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. Application of Dream Green Recycling of the Berkshires for "Site Plan Approval" under 125-19 of the Adams Zoning Bylaw for property located at 15 Print Works Drive (Map 107, Parcel 89). The request is to allow for operation of a mattress recycling facility (light manufacturing) in the IP Zoning District. A copy of the proposed Application is available at the Town of Adams Town Clerk's office during normal business hours.
