Ads for Community Health Programs in the Berkshires

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Community Health Programs (CHP) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for architectural and engineering (A/E) consultant services for renovations to the Adams Dental Practice. Proposals are due on or before Monday, February 7, 2022 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time. The RFP is available at www.chpberkshires.org/rfp and by request to cbarth@chpberkshires.org. The project is supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of an award totaling $844,113 (Adams component totaling $523,756 with A/E budget of $62,303) with 5% financed with non-governmental sources.
