Townson, deceased, formerly of Westfield, Hampden County, said Commonwealth; Raymond Townson, deceased, formerly of Pittsfield, Berkshire County, said Commonwealth; Nancy Jill Townson, now or formerly of Westfield Hampden County, said Commonwealth; Robin Townson, now or formerly of Pittsfield, Berkshire County, said Commonwealth; Juston Townson, now or formerly of Great Barrington, Berkshire County, said Commonwealth; Joel P. Townson, now or formerly of Granville, Hampden County, said Commonwealth; Jennifer Ouimette, now or formerly of Chester, Hampden County, said Commonwealth; Berkshire Housing Development Corporation, a duly existing organization located in Pittsfield, Berkshire County, said Commonwealth; Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Department of Revenue - Estate Tax Bureau), located in Worcester, Worcester County, said Commonwealth; or their heirs, devisees, legal representatives, successors and assigns: Whereas, a certain complaint has been presented to said Court by the Town of Becket, in the County of Berkshire, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to foreclose all rights of redemption from the tax lien proceeding described in said complaint in and concerning a certain parcel of land situate in said Becket, in the County of Berkshire, and in said Commonwealth, bounded and described in said complaint as follows: Assessor Map: 219 Lot: 143 Property location: 23 Pine Dale Circle with building thereon. Recorded in the Berkshire Middle District Registry of Deeds in Book 945 Page 1056 Book 1559 Page 919 containing approx ... .6 of an acre. If you desire to make any objection or defense to said complaint you or your attorney must file a written appearance and an answer, under oath, setting forth clearly and specifically your objections or defense to each part of said complaint, in the office of the Recorder of said Court in Boston (at the Courthouse located on Three Pemberton Square, Room 507 in Boston, MA 02108), on or before the twenty-first day of December in the year two thousand and twenty. Unless an appearance is so filed by or for you, your default will be recorded, the said complaint will be taken as confessed and you will be forever barred from contesting said complaint or any judgment entered thereon. And in addition to the usual service of this notice as required by law, it is ordered that the foregoing citation be published forthwith once in the Berkshire Eagle a newspaper published in Pittsfield.
