BERKSHIRE COMMUNITY COLLEGE 1350 WEST STREET PITTSFIELD, MA 01201 Berkshire Community College, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Maker Space at Koussevitzky Arts Center at Berkshire Community College, 1350 West Street, Pittsfield, Massachusetts, 01201 in accordance with the documents prepared by Nault Architects, Inc. The Project consists of renovation to a portion of the second floor of Koussevitzky by combining three classrooms into one, creating a new hallway, and general reconfiguration of space. Work includes interior finishes, upgraded mechanical and electrical systems and new plumbing fixtures. The work is estimated to cost $294,917 (inclusive of all alternates) General bidders must be certified by the Division of capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work: General Building Construction and must submit with its bid a Certificate of Eligibility and a signed Update Statement (Form CQ3). Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
