Town of Tyringham Conservation Commission Notice is hereby given that the Tyringham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on July 15, 2021 at 7:00 PM, via a remote Zoom meeting for a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Berkshire Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Tom Mougin, Lot 11, Map 402, 103 Goose Pond Road. The applicant wishes to preform construction associated with the development of a single family home site. The position of the activity was chosen based on constraints that include zoning and conservation regulations. The area will be delineated using erosion controls during construction. Copies are on file at the Town Hall and can be viewed Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM. All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Conservation Commission. Failure to make recommendations on the matter for review shall be deemed lack of opposition thereto.
