Harmon, eight hundred five and 79/100 (805.79) feet; and Northeasterly by the southerly line of Woodcock Road, six hundred thirty-one and 46/100 (631.46) feet Being Lot 7 as shown on Land Court Plan 3120G filed with Certificate of Title No. 2155 in the records of the Land Court at the Berkshire Northern District Registry of Deeds. Being the same premises conveyed to SB Propco LLC by Quitclaim Deed of 1561 Cold Spring Road, LLC dated May 30, 2014 recorded in the Northern Berkshire Registry District of the Land Court as Document No. 13120, on Certificate of Title No. 2241. The above premises will be sold subject to a mortgage from SB Propco LLC to Oxford Finance, LLC, dated June 9, 2014 and recorded in the Northern Berkshire Registry District of the Land Court as Document No. 13123, on Certificate of Title No. 2241. The premises are also sold subject to and/or with the benefit of any and all restrictions, easements, improvements, outstanding tax titles, municipal or other public taxes, assessments, liens or claims in the nature of liens, and existing encumbrances of record which are in force and are applicable, having priority over the mortgage to be foreclosed, whether or not reference to such restrictions, easements, improvements, liens or encumbrances is made in the deed.
