LEGAL NOTICES The Pittsfield Cooperative Bank Public Notice The Annual Meeting of the shareholders of The Pittsfield Cooperative Bank will be held in the rooms of the Bank at 70 South Street/ Virtually on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. for the following purposes: 1) To elect one director to hold office until the May 2022 annual meeting of the shareholders. 2) To elect three directors to hold office until the May 2023 annual meeting of the shareholders. 3) To elect three directors to hold office until the May 2024 annual meeting of the shareholders. 4) To elect a clerk of the corporation to hold office until the May 2022 annual meeting of the shareholders. 5) To act upon such other matters as may properly come before the meeting.
