City of Pittsfield Licensing Board - Public Hearing Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that a public hearing will be held on Monday April 26, 2021 at 3:30pm to consider the application from COHA Automotive Group, Inc. d/b/a Haddad Hyundai for additional lots located at 619 & 621 Fenn Street to be added to its existing Annual Class I Auto Dealer License. The additional lots total 15,404 sq.ft. with space for up to 46 vehicles. In accordance with M.G.L Chapter 138 12 and Governor Baker's Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, the public hearing will be conducted exclusively via remote participation through Zoom. Although no in-person attendance of the public will be permitted, the meeting will be accessible in real time on PCTV. The application is on file with the Licensing Board.
