TOWN OF TYRINGHAM, MASSACHUSETTS NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A Section 11 the Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on the application of Chris Lapidus, representing Polly-Ann Duff, 63B Goose Pond Road. The application is a request for a Special Permit under Sections 5.1 and 5.4 to replace an existing structure on the property with a new structure, which is greater than fifty percent larger than the existing structure, and to build a garage in the parking area. The lot size, the frontage, and the front, rear and side setbacks are insufficient to meet the requirements of the Zoning By-Laws. All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Board of Appeals. Failure to make recommendations on the matter for review shall be deemed lack of opposition thereto.
