TOWN OF HANCOCK CONSERVATION COMMISSION Notice of Public Hearing: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, 18, and the Governor's March 23, 2020 Order as amended concerning imposition on strict limitations on public gatherings in one place, and in accordance with the M.G.L. Ch. 131-Sect. 40, Wetlands Protection Act, that a Public Meeting will be held remotely on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 7:30pm on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Eversource Energy submitted by BSC Group, Melissa Kaplan. The proposed project is for gravel access road and work pad upgrades to the power lines located between the Massachusetts - New York border and Potter Mountain Road in Hancock, MA.
