Notice is hereby given that a special meeting in lieu of the annual meeting of the members of the Massachusetts Coalition of Nurse Practitioners, Inc. ("MCNP"), will be held remotely commencing on April 12, 2021 at 7 p.m. for the purpose of approving amendments to MCNP's Articles of Organization and for the election of officers. Current Full Members entitled to vote will have the opportunity to participate, read the proceedings, pose questions, make comments and vote online through the member section of MCNP's website (accessible at: https://mcnp.enpnetwork. com/log-in from April 12 at 7 p.m. until April 26, 2021 at 7 p.m. A live portion of the remote meeting will be conducted via video and telephone conference on April 26, 2021 at 7 p.m. during which members shall also have the opportunity to hear the proceedings.
