TOWN OF LENOX CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday, October 15, 2019 at 7:30PM on the subject of a Notice of Intent filed by the Town of Lenox for property located on Edgewood Drive, Map 23. The proposed project involves replacement of existing culverts with open bottom structure at the same location and improvement of the condition of the culvert to provide safe wildlife passage and an improvement to wetland resource areas. Proposed work is located with the Riverfront Area of Yokun Brook as well as portions of the work within the FEMA Mapped 100 Year Flood Zone of Yokun Brook.
