The Project consists of: Siding removal and replacement for a two-story apartment building including vinyl clapboard and fiber cement panel siding, replacement of 18 fixed and double-hung window units, prefinished sheet metal trim and painting. The work is estimated to cost $ 105,722. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive.
