REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Town of Lanesborough, Massachusetts, acting through the Select Board and the Chief Procurement Officer invites proposals for the lease of approximately 1,700 square feet of office space plus 600 square feet of garage space in the Town of Lanesborough for the operation of its Emergency Services Department including space to garage the town's ambulance. Sealed proposals will be received by the Administrative Assistant at Lanesborough Town Hall at 83 North Main St until July 14 at 9:00 a.m. and at that time and place will be publicly opened and recorded. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of MGL c. 30B and any resulting lease will be made in accordance with the requirement of the solicitation. Solicitation documents may be obtained from the Town Administrative Assistant at the Lanesborough Town Hall on or after June 30, 2025 during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) or by email: cbradley@lanesborough-ma.gov.
