City of Pittsfield Notice of Public Hearing Community Preservation Committee The Pittsfield Community Preservation Committee will hold a public hearing per Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 44B, Section 5. Chapter 44B - legislation adopted to govern the Community Preservation Act - requires a public hearing every year to solicit input from the public in relation to the priorities and funding of Community Preservation Act activities. The Community Preservation Committee public hearing will be held virtually via Zoom on Monday, October 19, 2020 at 6:00 P.M. Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, 18, and state and federal orders and guidance imposing strict limits on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Community Development Board will be conducted exclusively via remote participation.
