MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by MARSHAL G. HARRINGTON and KATHLEEN G. HARRINGTON to ADAMS CO-OPERATIVE BANK, dated March 28, 2008, and recorded on April 3, 2008, with the Berkshire Northern District Registry of Deeds in Book 1325, Page 585, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder as successor by merger between ADAMS CO-OPERATIVE BANK and SOUTH ADAMS SAVINGS BANK, for breach of the conditions of the said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing, the same will be sold at public auction at 10:00 a.m. on the Second (2nd) day of May, 2024, at the mortgaged premises described below, to wit, 329 Stewart White Road, Cheshire, Massachusetts, all and singular, the premises in said Cheshire, Berkshire County, Massachusetts, described in said Mortgage, to wit: The land (together with any buildings located thereon) situated at 329 Stewart White Road, Cheshire Ma Berkshire County, Massachusetts which is more particularly described in a deed recorded in Book 1038, Page 491 of the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, which description is incorporated herein by reference.
