Town of Tyringham Conservation Commission Notice is hereby given that the Tyringham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on February 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM, Zoom only to act on a Notice of Intent filed by Foresight Land Services on behalf of Howard-Jerusalem Road, LLC, Shaker Pond, Jerusalem Road , Map 408, Lot #20 and Map 204, Lot #12 The applicant intends to remove material to remove nuisance vegetation and restore depth to their privately owned pond within areas subject to regulation under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act. Copies are on file at the Town Hall and can be viewed Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM. All interested persons should attend the public hearing via Zoom or submit comments in writing to the Conservation Commission.
