Town of Tyringham Conservation Commission Notice is hereby given that the Tyringham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 12, 2026, 7:00 PM, via Zoom only to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability . The application is filed by Stephen Vannah, 11 McDarby Road Map 403, Lot 25. The applicant wishes to upgrade a septic system for a dwelling and weather the activities depicted on the plan is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and its regulations. The link will be available on the town website at least 48 hours in advance. Copies are on file at the Town Hall and can be viewed Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM. All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Conservation Commission.
