TOWN OF LANESBOROUGH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING BOARD Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Lanesborough Zoning Bylaw ( 165) that a public hearing will be held by the Lanesborough Planning Board on Monday, November 16, 2026 at 6pm for the following Special Permit Application at the Newton Memorial Town Hall, 83, North Main St., Lanesborough. 6:00 PM - Upon the petition of Pettibone Brook, LLC for construction of a single axis tracking, 5.3 NW solar photovoltaic system with battery energy storage capability on land at 95 Old Cheshire Road, parcel 230-7. The array and battery energy storage will be constructed to allow the land to remain in agricultural use. The petition will be heard in accordance with the Code of the Town of Lanesborough 165-39, 165-42, and 165-43. All persons wishing an opportunity to be heard on the proposed site plan will be provided an opportunity to speak at the public hearing.
