TOWN OF LEE, MASSACHUSETTS PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF A SPECIAL PERMIT HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hear a petition for a Special Permit on Monday, November 23rd at 6:15pm in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 5 regarding Town of Lee Zoning Bylaws 199-9.12.1, Solar photovoltaic installations and any other matter that the Board deems relevant for the property at 87 Summer Street (Map 012.0-0000-0150.0), owner Open Door Community Church, in the "R-20" zoning district. The nature of the permit is to allow Open Door Community Church, Berkshire Design Group in collaboration with EcoSave Home Solutions and Old Glory Solar, to install a medium-sized (25kw- 250kW) ground-mounted solar array and associated underground utility infrastructure within the previously developed central portion of the property.
