TOWN OF LEE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Bike Share Operations (Goods and Services) The Town of Lee, acting through the Office of the Town Administrator, invites sealed proposals for the operation of the Lee-Bike Share Program for a contract term of up to three (3) years. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B. The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive proposer whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous, taking into consideration price and the evaluation criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to cancel this solicitation if deemed in the best interest of the Town.
