TOWN OF LENOX Zoning Board of Appeals 104 Walker Street, Ventfort Hall - Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday November 4th 2026 at 7:00pm the Lenox ZBA will hear the petition of David Carver of Scarafoni Associates for property at 104 Walker Street, Ventfort Hall (Map 40, Parcel 36) in the R1A Zoning District. The petitioner is seeking a modification of the Special Permit granted in 2000, for the stabilization of the Carriage House, to extend, alter and reconstruct the non-conforming structure under 5.3.3 "Nonconforming Structures" of the Zoning bylaw. The proposed renovations will accommodate the creation of four residential units within the Carriage House.
