The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit under 5.3.5 "Nonconforming Single-family and Two-Family Residential Structures" of the Zoning Bylaw to build a first and second floor addition to an existing one story single family dwelling. The existing structure encroaches into the setback on the westerly side. The total area of the addition is 629sf, exceeding 50% of the existing structure.
