Grady; Helen Grady, Blythe Grady a/k/a Blythe Hinkley, Theodore Grady a/k/a Theodore Hinkley, and Elizabeth Grady a/k/a Elizabeth Hinkley and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. c. 50 3901 (et seq) U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee of the NRZ Pass-Through Trust XI claiming to have an interest in a mortgage covering real property in Ashley Falls, numbered 1602 Hewins Street, given by Gladys I. Grady and William H. Grady to Beneficial Massachusetts Inc., dated March 20, 2000, and recorded at Berkshire County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 1176, Page 250, as affected by Affidavit of Mortgage dated February 4, 2025, and recorded on February 11, 2025, in Book 2938, Page 97, and now held by Plaintiff by assignment, has filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendants' Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
