TOWN OF SANDISFIELD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONSERVATION COMMISSION On Tuesday, October 20, 2026 there will be a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. held at 3 Silver Brook Road, former old Town Hall for the Sandisfield Conservation Commission on an RDA filed by Foresight Land Service for Rajarshi Guha at 3 Dodd Road, MAP 41, and Lot 79. The proposed work is for a subsurface Soil Absorption System Plan , renovation of existing barn, proposed driveway and associated grading. The purpose of the RDA is to determine if the proposed new septic system is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act in accordance with the provisions M.G.L. c. 131, section 40.
