The proposed work is for a subsurface Disposal System designed by Kelly, Granger, Parsons & Assoc. The purpose of the RDA is to determine if the proposed new septic system is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act in accordance with the provisions M.G.L. c. 131, section 40.
