Bimbane and Jessica J. Lillie to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Residential Mortgage Services, Inc., dated May 19, 2017, and registered at Berkshire (Middle District) Registry District of the Land Court as Document No. 40604 and noted on Certificate of Title No. 8990, as affected by a Loan Modification Agreement dated August 30, 2021 and recorded at said Registry as Document No. 43453 and noted on Certificate of Title No. 8990 and now held by the plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
