Dalton Conservation Commission Public Hearing/Meeting Legal Notice Pursuant to M.G.L. Chap.131, Section 39A & 40, the MA Wetlands Protection Act & Berkshire Scenic Mt. Act, and Dalton Zoning Bylaw Chap.340, the Dalton Conservation Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing/meeting on Tuesday October 20 at 6pm at the Dalton Senior Center and virtually by Zoom to act on the following: WPA RDA - State Route 8 (mile marker39.6) submitted by MassDOT for the reconstruction of a paved waterway.
