The meeting is to act on an application filed by Jeff and Andrea Lynch, 39 Eagle Road, Hinsdale, MA 01235 (Map 112, Lot 238). The application is to request an amendment to the special permit granted under Section 6-General Regulations 6-a "non-conforming structures, uses & lots." Applicant proposes the structure to be positioned 15' from the side property line.
