The petitioner is seeking a Site Plan Review under 3.5.2 of the Zoning Bylaw for a change of use from "Retail Store" to "Motor Vehicle & Boat Sales, Rental and Repair; Indoors". The project includes renovating the empty tenant space to accommodate a Town Fair Tire within the existing retail shopping center.
