TOWN OF LENOX CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday October 15th at 7:00PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Edith Wharton Restorations, Inc for property located at 2 Plunkett Street. The proposed project will install a 6' wide wood chip pathway on both sides of the intermittent stream with an 8'x15' stream crossing, which will span the Bank and not impact the Bank resource area.
