Section 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT TO BID MGL c.149 $50K to $150K The GREAT BARRINGTON HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the VUI-Unit 3 Vacant Renovation at State Aided Development: Flag Rock Village (705-1) in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by KMA DESIGN STUDIO. The Project consists of but not limited to: Kitchen, bathroom, and finish renovation in (1) vacant townhome-style unit. The work is estimated to cost $149,815.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 10/19/2026 at 2:00PM EDT for general bids. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
