Impact South Berkshire As part of our formal Public Involvement Plan to the remediation of 100 Bridge Street, Great Barrington, MA 01230, Impact South Berkshire (formerly the Community Development Corporation of South Berkshire) will hold a public meeting on October 20 at 7:00 pm at the Great Barrington Firehouse Community Meeting Room, 37 State Road, Great Barrington to discuss the Permanent Solution Statements prepared for the southern portion of the disposal site identified as Release Tracking Number 1-00682. The draft reports to be discussed are as follows: Draft Partial Permanent Solution Statement for Property South of the Former New England Log Homes Site at 100 Bridge Street, Great Barrington, Massachusetts. MassDEP Release Tracking No. 1-0682 Tier 1 Permit #548535 Draft Partial Permanent Solution Statement with Conditions for the Southern Portion (Bentley Development) of the Former New England Log Homes Site 100 Bridge Street, Great Barrington, Massachusetts MassDEP Release Tracking No. 1-0682 Tier 1 Permit #548535 Both documents are available for review on our website and a hard copy of each document is/are available at the Mason library. Following the meeting, there will be a 20-day comment period, during which written comments, questions, and concerns can be submitted to info@impactsouthcounty or by mail to P.O. Box 733, Great Barrington, MA 01230. A copy of the response to comments will be prepared within 60 days of the close of the public comment period and the response summary will be sent to all those who submitted comments. A summary of comments and responses to the comments will also be placed in the public repository and be included in the final reports prepared for submission to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
