Town of Otis Request for Proposals 2026-2027 Snow Plowing, Salting and Sanding The Town of Otis is accepting proposals for 2026-2027 winter season snow plowing, salting and sanding services. Interested contractors may obtain instructions, specifications, and other necessary forms by emailing townadmin@townofotisma.com. Awards will subject to Select Board approval. Proposals are due October 20th at 2:00 pm at the Otis Town Hall, 1 North Main Road, Otis, MA 01253. Digital submissions are not allowed. Envelope should clearly state 27-02 Proposals for 2026/2027 Snow Operations. The Town of Otis reserves the right to waive informalities in the quoting procedure, or reject any or all proposals, if deemed in the Town's best interest. The Vendor will be required to obtain and provide to the Administrator's office a Certificate of Insurance with all of the limits and requirements incorporated into the Certificate as required by this application.
