TOWN OF LENOX Conservation Commission Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday October 1st at 7:00PM on the subject of a Notice of Intent filed by Patricia Spector of the Lenox Land Trustfor property located at 0 East Street, known as Hallowell Meadows (map 4, parcel 29). The applicant proposes to construct a three-car parking area adjacent to East Street with trail information kiosk, as well as a walking trail loop with bog bridge. An existing collapsed footbridge will be removed. The proposed project areas fall within a Bordering Vegetated Wetland, crosses four intermittent stream reaches and follows along a perennial stream in certain areas.
