The Complaint asks the Court to enter a judgment ending any ownership rights or interests in the land described below. The Complaint is about a parcel of land located in the City of Pittsfield, Berkshire County, Massachusetts, described in the Complaint as follows: Land and any buildings said to contain about 0.207 AC (more or less) located at 123 Plunkett St Assessor's I11-0008-006 Berkshire Middle District Registry of Deeds 5374 Page 235.
