NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Otis Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on MONDAY, October 5, 2026 at 7 PM. The meeting will be held in person at the Otis Town Hall, located at 1 North Main Road. This will be a hybrid meeting with those who wish to attend virtually, may do so. To join virtually through Zoom, you must check back within 24 hours of the start time for a link to join at www.townofotisma.com Subject of said hearing will be the application of David and Holly Amanti, for a Zoning By-Law Special Permit under Sec. 3.3.5 of the Otis Zoning by-laws to tear down existing home and rebuild on existing footprint. The existing home has a preexisting, non-conforming front setback of 14' 3" on front left and 12' 7" on front right. The proposed new home would sit on the same footprint, with a garage addition which will meet all required setbacks. The new proposed home will be 9' 6" taller than the existing home. The new proposed home will be 28' 6" tall from grade to top of the ridge. The lot is listed in the Otis Assessor's records as Lot 66 on Map 17D, Book 6131, Page 113 located at 98 Kibbe Point Road, Road, Otis, MA. All interested parties are hereby invited to attend.
