The Complaint is about a parcel of land located in the City of North Adams, Berkshire County, Massachusetts, described in the Complaint as follows: Land in said North Adams, with the buildings thereon, at 659 Ashland St., shown as Parcel 47 on Assessors Map 262, described in Berkshire No.Dist.Deeds, B. 1339, P. 395. To respond to the Complaint, you or your attorney must take these steps by the Deadline to Answer, which is the second day of November in the year two thousand and twenty six.
