PUBLIC NOTICE PROPOSED DISPOSITION OF PITTSFIELD HOUSING AUTHORITY PROPERTY PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT PERIOD The Pittsfield Housing Authority (PHA) is proposing the disposition of a parcel of vacant land located on Francis Avenue, Pittsfield, Massachusetts, (ID: H090028002, Location ID: F_181599_2994009) to the City of Pittsfield. The proposed disposition is being undertaken pursuant to Section 18 of the United States Housing Act of 1937 and applicable U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements. The proposed disposition is subject to review and approval by HUD's Special Applications Center (SAC). Public Review and Comment The Pittsfield Housing Authority is providing a public review and comment period regarding the proposed disposition and related amendment to the PHA Plan. Members of the public, PHA residents, resident organizations, community organizations, and other interested parties are invited to review the proposed disposition and submit written comments.
