TOWN OF LENOX Conservation Commission Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday September 17th at 7:00PM on the subject of a Notice of Intent filed by Diana Scott of the Scott Family Trustfor property located at 48 Sargent Brook Road (map 1, parcel 26). The applicant proposes to construct an addition with a crawl space foundation to the existing dwelling and to replace and slightly extend existing deck structures. The proposed project, including existing structures, lies with the 100' buffer zone of Laurel Lake. Additionally, septic system upgrades are proposed in an area within the Riverfront to Sargent Brook and a new dock will be installed, pending a Chapter 91 permit.
