Notice of Community Outreach Meeting FFD Enterprises MA, Inc. Notice is hereby given that the FFD Enterprises MA, Inc will hold a Community Outreach Meeting on March 3rd starting at 6 PM and to be held on site to discuss the proposed siting of an Adult Use Marijuana Establishment and Registered Medical Dispensary Cultivation Facility in the Town of Hinsdale. FFD Enterprises MA, Inc. intends to apply for a license to operate for one or more of the following Adult-Use Marijuana Establishment or Registered Medical Dispensary licenses: Marijuana Cultivator and Marijuana Product Manufacturer, to be located at 120 Bullard's Crossing , Hinsdale. In accordance with M.G.L. c. 94 G and the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission's regulations at 935 CMR 500.101 et seq. Topics to be discussed at the meeting will include, but not be limited to: 1. The type(s) of Adult-Use and Medical Marijuana Facility to be located at the proposed address; 2. Plans for maintaining a secure facility; 3. Plans to prevent diversion to minors; 4. Plans to positively impact the community through a Host Agreement on Medical Marijuana and Tax Incentives on Recreational Marijuana; 5. Plans to ensure the establishment will not constitute a nuisance to the community by noise, odor, dust, glare, fumes, vibration, heat, glare or other conditions. Interested member of the community are encouraged to ask question and receive answers from FFD Enterprises MA, Inc representative, Benjamin Zachs, will take questions and provide answers about the proposed medical and adult-use proposed facility operations. A copy of this notice has been published in a local newspaper at least fourteen (14) calendar days to prior to the meeting and filed with the Town Clerk, the Planning Board, and Town Administrator of the Town of Hinsdale . This notice was also mailed at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the meeting to abutters of the proposed address of the Marijuana Establishment, owners of land directly opposite on any public or private street or way, and abutters to the abutters within 300 feet of the property line of the petitioner as they appear on the most recent applicable tax list.
