Dalton Conservation Commission Public Hearing/Meeting Legal Notice Pursuant to M.G.L. Chap.131, Section 39A & 40, the MA Wetlands Protection Act & Berkshire Scenic Mt. Act, and Dalton Zoning Bylaw Chap.340, the Dalton Conservation Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing/meeting on Tuesday September 15 at 7pm at the Dalton Senior Center and virtually by Zoom to act on the following: WPA NOI - Barton Brook Bridge - Grange Hall Rd - Bridge (D01-017) - for the proposed replacement of the existing structurally deficient culvert with a new, single span, three-sided, open-bottom precast concrete bridge.
