TOWN OF LEE, MASSACHUSETTS PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 14th, 2026 at 6:30pm in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 5 regarding proposed amendments to the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of Lee. The nature of the hearing is to present and discuss the removal of 199-10.4, the addition of 199-9.12 to 199-9.9, renaming 199-9.9 to "Clean Energy Infrastructure", and adding Battery Energy Storage System language. The meeting will be held in the Lee Town Hall Courtroom at 32 Main Street and via zoom. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lee website (www.leema.gov). Comments may be submitted to the Planning Board via brooke.healy@leema.gov. Copies of the materials are available for review in the office of the Town Clerk and Planning and Zoning Board.
