Town of Great Barrington SHOW CAUSE HEARING In accordance with MGL c.140, the Great Barrington Licensing Authority will hold Show Cause Hearing to consider the modification, suspension or revocation of the Annual Class II and/or Class III License for All Star Salvage, Inc. d.b.a. Formel's, 21 Van Deusenville Rd, Great Barrington for the following violations: 1. Chapter 115, Section 2B of the Town of Great Barrington Bylaws "Any noise from any source measured at a level higher than 86 dBA by a Type 2 sound-level meter, set at fast meter response, at a distance of 50 feet from the source, is prohibited at any time except by permit as provided in 115-3A or as excepted in 115-4." 2. MGL. c. 140, 59 a) Possible change of situation of the licensed premises or for additions without approval by the Licensing Authority; and b) Exceeding the licensed hours of operations of Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm, and Saturdays from 8am to 12pm, noon. c) Possible Non-Compliance with any/all regulatory requirements, such as Board of Health, Building Codes, Zoning Special Permits, Underground Storage Tanks, and MassDEP.
